After winning over the audience in the west, Kalki 2898 AD is all set to make the Japanese fans go gaga over the cinematic brilliance of the film. Set in a futuristic, post-apocalyptic world, the film masterfully combines mythology with cutting-edge storytelling. With its ambitious scale and jaw-dropping visuals, the film has cemented its place as one of the most talked-about Indian movies to date.
Ahead of its Japanese theatrical release on January 3, 2025, a special premiere was held on December 18, with director Nag Ashwin and producer Priyanka Dutt in attendance.
Actor Prabhas expressed his gratitude to the fans in Japan through a heartfelt message shared by the production house on their official social media handle. " Konnichiwa Japan.
