Devara: Part 1' climbs to Number 2 at the US Box office, overtaking Beetlejuice Beetlejuice and Transformers: One

It’s quite rare to see Indian cinema surpass western films yet the NRI audience continues to be enthralled by the grandeur and spectacle of Indian films. This is clearly reflected in the current US box office statistics, where NTR Jr. 's 'Devara: Part 1' has secured the number two spot, outpacing major franchises like 'Beetlejuice Beetlejuice' and 'Transformers: One.'

The film's success is especially impressive considering the stiff competition it faced. 'Beetlejuice Beetlejuice', a beloved classic making a modern comeback, and 'Transformers: One', part of a well-established franchise with a massive following, both generated significant buzz ahead of their releases. Despite this, 'Devara: Part 1' has carved out its own niche, attracting audiences eager for fresh storytelling.
